A few practical things so you can relax. The Wi-Fi is free throughout the house; we'll give you the password when you arrive. The rooms have air conditioning, handy on summer days.

In Italy the single emergency number is 112. The tap water is drinkable, so fill up your bottle. Tips aren't expected: you just round up, and the coperto on the bill is standard, not a trick. The kitchen isn't available to guests unless arranged.
