Your First Evening

As soon as you arrive, drop your bags and take the first half hour to slow down: you'll find the Wi-Fi in the Good to Know card, the courtyard is right outside, and in the countryside, in the evening, what you hear most is the quiet.

When you get hungry, head down toward Sesto Calende: the lakefront, at the point where Lake Maggiore becomes the Ticino, is the right stroll as the light drops. In town you'll find pizzerias and restaurants for an easy first dinner.
